Harry Clayton

Harry holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked as a Site Foreman on structural projects from concept to completion. With an in-depth knowledge of building pathology and structural works, he specialises in structural surveying, defect diagnosis, and site assessments.

His expertise includes evaluating structural integrity, diagnosing defects such as subsidence, cracking, and reinforcement failures, and overseeing remedial works. Having managed on-site structural projects, he understands the practical challenges of foundation installations, steel and concrete structures, and large-scale refurbishments, ensuring his surveys provide both technical accuracy and real-world feasibility. Chris is an experienced Contracts Manager with over 7 years in the construction and property sectors, specialising in contract administration and managing office fit-outs and public sector projects. With a background in Building Surveying, he ensures each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Throughout his career, Chris has successfully overseen a variety of office refurbishments and public sector refurbishments, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet project goals.
